Before requesting a transfer service offered on our website please make sure you read and understand the present terms and conditions.

The contract becomes legally binding only when the customer receives confirmation that the requested service is available and you are notified of this by e-mail. If by any reason is not possible to provide the requested service, the customer will be informed and refunded the full amount through the same method of the payment.

The customer is required to recognize all notifications. However, if the client does not recognize an incoming e-mail, the records that exist in the mail from our server should be considered as proof of receipt.

A voucher will be available at the time of booking to be printed off. Other option is save it on the mobile phone, in case of any doubt, be presented to the driver.

We very kindly recommend the customers to read all the terms and conditions in detail, and carefully check the details of your bookings and confirmations before submitting your request. These terms and conditions and the details provided by the customer are the basis of any eventual contract. Special care should be taken when completing the booking to ensure that all required fields, indicated by an asterisk (*) have been filled.

Changes and cancellations

 

Proof sent via email to the client includes the destination address requested by the client. Any changes to these or any other information must be submitted in writing, such as trips to the supermarket, key collection, etc, by acknowledged e-mail (ver email a utilizar) until 48 hours before the date of travel.

You are responsible for any additional cost resulting from requested change service. Changes subject to availability and acceptance. Two changes are free; other changes may incur a handling fee.

Any request for contract cancellation must be made through our e-mail (ver email a utilizar) with the minimum 48 hours in advance. In this case we proceed to full refund of the payment made. In cases where the cancellation is requested in less than 48 hours prior to the date of the beginning of the transfer service, there will be no refund of payment. Although we very kindly ask to acknowledge our emails, once sent we consider client is advised. Therefore, it is essential to verify that the email address provided is correct and also you can ensure that you have read any e-mail received by the time of the dates and times.

If we are unable to contact you due to a provided mobile number failure or missed the call, the service is not carried out and the refund will not be made.

Statement of Liability and Capacity

 

The act of entering into this contract means implicitly that customers declare that:

They are of full age and in full use of mental faculties, thus enabling them to comply with all their legal responsibilities concerning this agreement.

They are aware of the extent of services which are the subject of this contract, and been informed of contents of the General Conditions.

They declare being the express property owner of the credit or debit card in use, and has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service.

They understand that should make any notification, as soon as reasonably possible, of any variation or change of the provided details.

The services to be provided are in accordance with the details specified in the email confirmation. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check all data contained in the confirmation of the transfer. If the confirmation of the details are incorrect the customer must get in touch immediately to correct these details.

 

Transfers

 

On the airport, the driver will be standing and waiting at the arrivals hall, holding a sign under the client’s name, provided at the time of the booking. The driver will keep this sign visible until the flight is shown on the board.

Any other pick up points, the waiting time is restricted to a 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

If the client is not able to locate the driver upon arrival is their responsibility to get in touch with us through our provided contact number. If the client does not call us until 60 minutes after the flight arrival time, in the case of collections at the airport, or within 10 minutes to the other collections, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

An electronic record of all incoming calls to the phone number is maintained by the phone service provider and can be used as evidence in case of a dispute over whether the numbers were called or not.

The customer is responsible for checking the agreed deadline for the pick-ups, and also to ensure the arrival time at the airport, in case of departure, allows you to arrive at least one hour and half in case of hand luggage, or two hours prior to departure, in case of baggage to be checked in.

We are not liable for delays due to force majeure or other circumstances which are beyond our control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on transfer routes, checkpoints, acts of terrorism or vandalism, extreme weather conditions, traffic levels unusual or airport delays.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide when booking complete and accurate addresses for the pick-up and destination points. The driver will get as close as possible to the indicated address if allowed easy access to the type of vehicle used. If the conventional route is closed due to weather conditions or road accidents, etc., the driver may, at the customer’s express request/information, use a longer route to reach the agreed destination.

 

Luggage

 

Each passenger is entitled to the baggage of one bag per person, maximum combined size of 158 cm (length + width + height) and carry-on luggage, such as bags and small bags unless additional items to be specified during the booking process.

Any excess baggage must be declared when booking. The passenger will be responsible for all additional expenses necessary for transporting the excess baggage undeclared.

The carrying luggage and other belongings is held at his own risk and under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any loss or damage. Handle with care items MUST be reported at the time of the booking.

 

Admission right

 

Upon agreement, the client tacitly concedes the right of the driver refuse to carry any passenger who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and those whose behaviour may be considered dangerous for the driver of the vehicle or other passengers.

Alcohol cannot be transported in vehicles with the purpose of being consumed on board. This prohibition extends also to narcotics.

No smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicles, according to the present Portuguese law.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of national legislation.

The resolution of any dispute shall be subject to Portuguese jurisdiction in the court law district of Faro.
