Children seats (baby seats or boosters) can be provided upon request, therefore we kindly ask you to please inform us in advance on how many children seats should be provided, and for what ages. We remind you this is a private transport, so carry a child on a proper retention seat while driven is your responsible and is due to be fined by local authorities.

Where will I find the driver at the airport?
Your driver will be standing up, first line when possible, at the arrivals hall, holding a proper airport sign with your clear name on it.
If my flight runs later, will the driver be waiting for me?
Yes, the driver will be monitoring your flight, from time to time, to be reassured of the actual flight landing time. At no extra cost.
We are travelling with children. Is it possible to have children's seats?
When booking, please inform us of the number and ages of children. Seats are supplied free of charge. According to Portuguese law, proper child seats are mandatory for children under 12 years old, depending on their height. As this is a private transport, carrying them on a proper seat is your responsibility.
Is it possible to book a return journey?
Prices are always one-way, which means the return journey will be at the same rate as the arrival one. Bookings are confirmed only upon cleared payment, therefore, an email will be sent with the proper confirmation of the booking.
How can I pay in advance for my bookings?
Payments will be made either by bank transfer or by a link. Details to follow by email, after making sure we have availability to accommodate your booking.
